Join one of our sleep retreats for a two day relaxing stay, where we shall explore the possible causes of sleep disruption and give you a clear plan to get your sleep back on track.
Our trained sleep practitioner and nurse prescriber will deliver sessions on topics which include what sleep needs for it to arrive, how to manage a racing mind and how to cope after a disturbed night.
In addition, we will also deliver the course content of the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) treatment, so you will return home equipped with all the evidence - based information you need, to restore your relationship with your sleep once more.
There will be plenty of time to ask questions as the group numbers will be kept small, and if you need a 1:1 session, this can be arranged during your stay.
In between the sessions, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful cuisine and facilities, of a boutique hotel.
