Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi) is most commonly used as a treatment for insomnia , as it is evidence based and has a high rate of success . Issues such as insomnia, treating and preventing jet lag and snoring can be covered. The session can be designed to suit the audience's requirements.
