As with many areas of health, one size does not fit all and we all have different sleep needs and patterns . WyeSleep supports clients on a 1:1 basis with a wide range of sleep issues from insomnia, excessive snoring, jet lag or sleep-disturbed children for example. Clients range from the age of one year to older adult. Following a detailed sleep assessment , a bespoke sleep plan is designed to address the issues, aiming to improve the clients sleep.
WyeSleep can offer group sessions which will explore the importance of sleep for good physical and mental health. This session also gives delegates strategies to improve their own sleep habit.
A consultancy service is available for companies to help their employees understand the importance of sleep in maintaining good health and productivity. 2% of the UK’s GDP is lost through sleep loss (Rand Report "Why Sleep Matters: The Economic costs of insufficient sleep” Nov 2016) Sleep deprivation can be the cause of workplace accidents, low productivity and an increase in work related errors.
