Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi) is most commonly used as a treatment , as it is evidence based and has a high rate of success . The number of sessions required varies with each client.
WyeSleep can offer group sessions which will explore the importance of sleep for good physical and mental health. This session also gives delegates strategies to improve their own sleep habit. Issues such as insomnia, treating and preventing jet lag and snoring can be covered. The session can be designed to suit the audience's requirements.
